To Charles Kohout,
I wanted to write my letter on a day when I could really give thanks "Thanks Giving". The past 8 months also most 9 now have been a great learning experience and a crazy roller coaster for my family and myself. Knowing all I had on my plate personally and financially you saw something in me. Ever since I was a little boy I would always get the house magazines and read them and think what it would be like to be an investor my whole life. I felt like I knew I was suppose to be in this field but never really had the time or the money. We both knew where the market was heading and it did like the perfect storm.
Thinking back to when we first met in 2004 I never thought I would be writing a letter to the guy who runs and owns Salvation Home Buyers. Certainly not that I would be part of your time and working with you on a daily bases. The first check I made with you was what I would have made in 1 year at my old job. I could not believe I made almost $54,000.00 in only 7 months time. You gave me the chance to be the person I always knew I could be. Funny know things work out. I really feel like I am retired. It still feels funny to wake up in the morning and doing something I love so much it does not even feel like work. At 37 years old I am retired and loving it. The work I do is the best thing that would of ever happen to me. Meeting you and the Salvation Home Buyers Team set me on the path to my financial freedom. You are a great business partner and friend and most of all now you are part of my family.
Here is the copy of the check I made below The first of many!!!
